Set-up Tutorial

1. Go to the forms section on this page. Click on edit forms and create a new form called Timeline Form. Add a new custom 'Text' field called: Timeline Funnel. Do not make this field required.
2. Select this form on this opt-in page. Press save  and you will see a field number appear.
3. Visit the Sidebar menu and find the settings section > go to "Timeline Funnel Setup". Enter the timeline field number after the slider. This is the custom-code field number you also use in your emails (see the video tutorial).
   - When the decoded string shows up in the custom form field, the field number is correct. Save the page. Do not worry: the timeline funnel field will be hidden automatically.
4. You can switch cookies off or on in the settings menu. This cookie is to prevent multiple opt-ins to claim the offer. This is a technical cookie and does not track anything, in most countries you don’t need permission for this cookie.
5. Go to the form section in the left sidebar. Add a thank you page. Use the ‘Go to a URL' option to use a thank you with timeline bonus immediately. (Do not use the landing page option or the redirect option).
6. Edit this page as any normal Kajabi opt-in page and use it on your website.
